Today, this responsibility is managed directly by our CEO. We are looking for an experienced Head of Network & Quality to take ownership of this strategic pillar and help us scale further.
As Head of Network & Quality, you will be responsible for the development, performance and quality of Jaimy's professional partner network throughout Belgium.
You ensure that the right professionals are available in the right region, at the right time, while continuously improving quality, customer outcomes and partner engagement. You manage a growing team and work directly with the CEO on the future of the network.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategy for Jaimy's professional partner network across Belgium
- Ensure the quality, performance and availability of the network trough data-driven decision making
- Monitor and optimize KPI's as Fill Rate, Helped Ratio, Retention and Churn
- Lead, develop and expand the Network & Quality team, including the recruitment of new Network Manager
- Build strong relationships with the professional partners and represent Jaimy in the field
Must Have
- 7+ years of experience managing a large partner, contractor or franchise network
- Proven leadership experience in a commercial or operational environment
- Strong analytical mindset with extensive KPI management experience
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English
- Experience recruiting, coaching and developing high-performing teams
Nice to have
- Experience in the construction, installation, home services or insurance repair sector
- Experience in a fast-growing scale-up or digital marketplace environment
- Managing geographiccaly dispersed teams across multiple regions
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working directly with executive leadership
